Clean & Efficient but Lacking in Warth

Room was neat & well sized for my needs & hotel was close to many eating establishments. Front desk staff were efficient but their reception did not appear warm. When I arrived they were keen to promote an upgrade & after I'd accepted the upgrade, I did not experience a sense of hospitality. They appeared to reserve that for regular or special guests. CleaThe same could be said of staff at the restaurant. However, the doormen at the ground level were very polite, warm, welcoming. They offered very good & useful advice to keep me safe from touts.

Location is the most unique thing about this property. This is located in CP, very close to Rajiv Chowk metro station as well as Shivaji Nagar Stadium Metro Station. Both are within walking distance. Overall, the property is very clean. The staff is super attentive and very courteous. The cleanliness is superb. The morning breakfast also has multiple options.

It’s not a 5 or 4 star hotel , staff is not trained and when you check out security is just stand like beggar asking for Money !! Additionally there Kabob restaurant method of serving is very poor

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Marina Hotel in Connaught Place. While the room was clean and comfortable, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the areas outside the room. The corridors and common spaces felt poorly maintained, which detracted from the overall experience.

Chose a standard room which got upgraded upon check-in for an extra cost. Even with an upgrade, the price didn't justify the room size. The two nights was the maximum we had and could do. This location since being very central is handy thus explaining the price. For us everything felt very cramped up. The hotel had a funny smell to it which didn't help. The whole ambience was quiet average. This hotel was just not for us.

Very well located, in heart of CP . NDTsilway stn is at stone throwing fistance and so are the other conveniences , market, cafe, cinema, metro , cabs and a bustling city life. Rooms are well maintained . However staff is very slow and not professional / less proficient especially on reception/front desk .

Booked a premium room but was given what seemed like a standard room right opposite a storage unit. Constant noise because of activity from the storage room and paper thin walls. Housekeeping had to be reminded to clean the room. Rug inside the room has not been vacuumed in ages. Unpleasant odor in the hallway. Terrible lagging TV reception. Breakfast was tasteless. The only saving grace are the security people downstairs who are always smiling and helpful. Not recommended.

Scam… scam… scam…DONOT NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!!

Horrible stay. Staff at the front desk are trained to scam people. We requested for an early check out and check in staff said no problem. While checking out they Sadi they will charge for the full length of stay and will not facilitate the early checkout. They asked us to reach out to Expedia and the agent from Expedia even called them and sent an email. Inspite of this they charged us !!! Scam… scam… scam do of stay there !!!!
