The aparment has two floors, on the first one you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a trundle bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a magnificent and sunny terrace with views to the garden and the communal swimming pool. Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning hot/cold and ceiling fan.
Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning. On this floor we also find a complete bathroom with bathtub and two terraces with sun loungers.
The property is fully equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, new mattresses and pillows, among others. You will lack absolutely nothing. It also has a closed underground garage so you don't have to worry about your car. The urbanisation Brisas de DĂ©nia also offers a communal swimming pool for adults and children, available all year round, and a beautifully manicured garden to relax in. And best of all, you are very close to the beach and the city centre.
