The ground floor also features a fully equipped kitchen and a shower with WC.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bath with WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as direct access to a terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The third bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bath with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.
