The swimming pool is 8x4m with an outdoor shower and total privacy.The property consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT, Wifi, electric heating and fireplace for winter. It has an exit to the covered terrace with barbecue with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc.It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom with shower and another with bathtub.The distance to the sea and the centre of Denia is 4km, supermarkets are 3km away, as well as bars/restaurants 2km away.
