Un appartement qui tient ses promesses.

TrÚs bel appartement, bien situé, a 10 mn à pied du centre et du port. TrÚs bien aménagé avec une decoration raffinée. La vue sur le Montgo est splendide. la piscine est grande et agréable. Nous étions à l'aise et comme chez nous. Les proprietaires Maria et Alejandro sont trÚs charmants et nous ont trÚs bien accueilli. Ils sont restés trÚs attentifs. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Hanane et Fayçal.

6 Wochen Denia

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen. Uns wurde ein großer Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bereitgestellt. Unsere FahrrĂ€der konnten wir in einem extra Raum unterbringen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und modern mit neuem Mobilar und farblichen Akzenten. Sie liegt in direkter StadtnĂ€he, das Meer und den Berg "Montgo" kann man wunderbar betrachten.In der Wohnung ist alles auch fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt vorhanden.Die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei!Den riesigen Pool direkt am Haus werden wir bei unserem nĂ€chsten Besuch gern nutzen. Ein herzliches "Dankeschön " an unsere Gastgeberin Maria!

Klein en heel fijn appartement op korte loopafstand van centrum en zee.

De hele maand januari verbleven wij in dit gezellige appartement. Beneden in de parkeergarage stond onze auto. Maria wachtte ons bij aankomst daar op. Zij is een hele aardige gastvrouw die ons tips gaf en gezorgd had voor een flesje cava bij onze aankomst op oudejaarsdag. Heel attent! Wij hebben een fijne maand gehad in DĂ©nia en bevelen het appartement van harte aan!

Top Location

Die Wohnung hat eine geniale Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Zum Hafen ist es fußlĂ€ufig auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, super sauber und gepflegt. Maria hatte auch fĂŒr eine weihnachtliche Stimmung in der Wohnung gesorgt, so dass man sich gleich zuhause gefĂŒhlt hat. Die Matratze ist super!!! (Ich hatte wĂ€hrend meines Urlaubs keinerlei RĂŒckenprobleme.) Maria und Alejandro haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Nachdem wir am 24.12. so spĂ€t gelandet sind, dass wir keine Chance hatten, selbst einzukaufen, hatte Maria angeboten, dies zu ĂŒbernehmen und hat unseren Geschmack zu 100% getroffen, als ob sie uns schon lange kennt. Die Restauranttipps von ihr waren ebenfalls super! Die ganze Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlĂ€ssig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf!!!

Fantastisch appartement

Heel centraal gelegen appartement, loopafstand naar stad en strand. Heel schoon en goed ingericht. WiFi werkt perfect. Echt groot zwembad. Heel hartelijke gastvrouw, geeft heel goede tips voor een fijn verblijf. Parkeren in ondergrondse garage.

A relaxing stay in this gourmet city

Beautifully presented apartment in a great location, with charming helpful hosts. The apartment had all facilities with excellent WiFi. Denia is a compact city with over 300 restuarants and you can easily drive to many places including Valencia and Alicante. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Exellent apartment for vacation for two or four

Everything was as we expected and even more. Location is superb. Walking distance everywhere. Apartment was clean, cosy and as a new. Wifi and Netflix worked perfect. We really enjoyed nice, clean and large pool area. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and helped us more than they should. Special thanks for Maria.

We had a lovely time in Denia and Javea catching up with old friends and seeing how both towns had changed over the last 30 years!! The weather was not particularly good during this April but made it good for walking and biking along The Marina, Las Rotas. Apt was perfectly situated for access to everything , our car safely garaged underground. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful large pool, but unfortunately the weather was to cool to swim. A very good relaxing stay, recommended.

Super Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zetrum, GeschĂ€fte Lokale, Hafen, Strand... Toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Montgo und dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist ideal fĂŒr 2 Personen und es fehlte uns nichts. Es gab sogar einen sehr grossen Pool. Perfekter Urlaub. Ausserdem sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
