Located in a very quiet area. air conditioning cold heat ducts throughout the house, supermarket and bus stop are 300 m, airport 90km, A7 motorway at 3km, marina at 7km, bars and restaurants at 1km, hospital at 2km in conclusion all the basic services are very close to the house.
Denia has an old town, a fishing port and a sandy beach with protectors of life. It is 30 minutes from Benidorm with its famous nightlife and the fantastic amusement park, Terra Mítica and Aqua Park
