The high-quality wooden furnishings throughout give a rustic and cozy feel to Villa Matahari Terbit. A well-equipped modern kitchen features at one end of the large living space with a dining table and intimate seated area at the other.
All bedrooms have large double beds with four poster beds and Balinese inspired semi open ensuite bathrooms.

A large verandah is the ideal place to relax sip a cool coconut and enjoy the private gardens and pool. For families with small children, Villa Matahari Terbit also has available an Australian grade pool fence, as well as all the bedrooms being enclosed, making it a safe option for all the family.

ACCOMMODATION
With no stairs and everything conveniently on the one floor, including a spacious enclosed living space with mulit-media TV, fully equipped kitchen and a family sized dining table, Villa Matahari Terbit is the perfect home away from home for families.
For pool days and alfresco living, the large veranda with comfortable sofa, bean bags and seating area allow you to sit and relax and enjoy the lush garden, and the pool.
Each of the three bedrooms has a four-poster large double bed complete with mosquito netting for a comfortable night sleep, and Balinese inspired large semi open ensuite bathrooms.

FAMILIES
Travelling with young children need not be stressful, at Villa Matahari Terbit, kids of all ages are welcome and are catered for. With the capabilities to add an extra bed to each of the three bedrooms for older children or a cot for younger children there is plenty of space for all the family.
A pool fence can be erected if safety for younger children is an issue, giving you peace of mind to allow them to run around and enjoy the private garden.
The enclosed living space has TV with international channels and the ability to access all your favourite streaming sites for when you need to wind down after a fun day.
You even have a dedicated staff member to make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful say. Taking care of housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance and even give advice and assistance on arranging activities in and around Bali, ready and willing to help you make the most of your time at Villa Matahari Terbit.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in a residential side road, only a short distance from the beach and Sanur port.  Convenient for the main commerical areas and facilities of Sanur.
Please note, that whilst situated on a gang (side road) and away from the main road there can be an increase in traffic and can be very busy as it is used as a short cut for scooters and bikes. 
As a residential area you may experience noise from neighbouring dogs and roosters.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Laundry and housekeeping are included. All mod cons including fast WiFi internet, international satellite TV and fully equipped guest Kitchen.

For long stay guests BIS international school is just 5 minutes away, Dyatmika is 9 minutes away, and Green School is 35 minutes drive.

Food and drink are not included, but our staff can assist you with groceries if required.
