Hi! I’m Julia and we are a family owned business(not a management company)! My daughter and I clean our homes and my husband and son do most maintenance! You may even run into Nora, our amazing groundskeeper! She keeps the lawns looking gorgeous in the summer and shovels the snow in the winter! We strictly follow the cleaning guidelines provided by VRBO to keep our guests safe! We are a family that believes in the highest of standards and we firmly believe our cleaning standards are above and beyond the majority of vacation rentals available! Our guests agree!

Berkeley Retreat One is a gorgeous two bedroom, one bath retreat in the most centrally located part of the Denver-metro area! Stunning hardwood floors, sumptuous linens and bedrooms with updated kitchen and bath! Plenty of private outdoor living space with a large fenced patio that is dressed up with a pergola, gas fire pit and café lights! Here you will find a magnificent partial view of Hidden Lake and the majestic Rocky Mountains! This is a wonderful space to enjoy the gorgeous Colorado sunsets!

Berkeley Retreat One is the back unit of a duplex, which are two single-family homes attached. The only shared space is the driveway.

Berkeley Retreat is located in the most central area of Denver, meaning only 5 minutes to access all major corridors
.I-70, I-25, I-76 Us-36. It is also only 3 blocks to the Westminster light rail station which takes you to downtown Denver in 15 mins.! This is wonderful for my Rockies fans because Coors Field is right across the street from Union Station so you can catch a game and not deal with traffic!!

Berkeley Retreat is also near the very trendy areas called Highlands, LoHi, and the RiNo district! These areas have wonderful restaurants and bars, and the RiNo district also has incredible murals! If you love art, then it is the place for you!

The Denver Aquarium, Six Flags Elitch Gardens Amusement Park and Meow Wolf are only 20 minutes away! But I must implore you, as a Colorado native, to visit our beautiful Rocky Mountains! Just hop on I 70 which you access five minutes from here and head west! There you will find a plethora of breathtaking views, darling mountain towns, ski resorts and activities that are sure to give you a taste of the wild west!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. This was the perfect place for my visit! The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked for someone flying in for a week long visit. The space was perfect for a single person/small family. The backyard and patio offered us even more space to spread out/enjoy the outdoors. I loved the views and proximity to everything I needed. The furnishings were great as well, especially the variety of lighting sources and the remotes making them easy to turn on/off. Loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Cute cozy house! It was decorated for fall and adorable. Clean, quiet and well maintain. We didn’t cook while staying but the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Julia was so sweet. Would stay here again.

Good central location for seeing Denver area. House was very well kept and there weren't any surprises. The outside sitting area worked nicely for evening wind-down time. The host was kind enough to adjust the outdoor lighting so we could better enjoy the gas fire pit.I really can't say there was a single we would have a different way.

We had a great stay at Julia’s place. It was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished and had everything we needed and more. Loved the outdoor area too! Very convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around Denver. Julia quickly responded to a question we posed before arrival. We had no need to contact her once we arrived because we had zero issues. Would definitely stay here again. Great property and host.

Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. The furniture is comfortable. The location was very convenient to all the activities we did in Denver. Place was warm and welcoming. 3 of us staid and had sufficient room. Lots of treats in the Kitchen and Fridge making it welcoming. Did not get to enjoy the clean kept outdoor space due to schedule, but would have liked to stay and lounge around at the house more.Check-in was easy. Host was easy to contact and had lots of notes and menus on the fridge. Check-out was also super easy.Loved the Art Work for sale that was displayed in the house!

Beautiful Space

This space looks like it’s been recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Owner responds quickly. We had everything we needed, stocked well. Beds were comfortable. My husband and I had a great time enjoying this space with our two adult kids after playing in the mountains.

My best friend and I needed a little getaway and this location was perfect! The house is clean and decorated so cute. The location is also super convenient for whatever you might want to do in the Denver area. We definitely recommend!
