We arrived and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. We got to the room, which did not smell bad, but the beds were bricks, the TV was the size of a computer monitor and you couldn’t move it, and the bathroom was disgusting. The pool was tiny and looked super dirty! When we went to complain and get our money back to go to the hotel next door, the man behind the counter said he had to go check the room to make sure we didn’t mess it up. We were in there for 10 minutes. He came back down and was very snotty, saying “I didn’t smell anything, just so you know.” Then he told us that he couldn’t give us a refund, we had to contact Travelocity, which is not that big of a deal. The whole thing was uncomfortable, dirty, smelly and everyone was rude.
