A very nice stay overall. A bit disappointed that the internet was not included and also coffee ( except the in room instant coffee) I didn’t sleep well due to the room being too warm.

Hello! I'm glad you liked your stay overall, but I see we could have done better. There is a way to get the internet for free, simply sign up for the Marriott rewards program and let the desk know. Also, next time let us know if the room is too warm and we will do our best to be sure you're comfortable. We can send an engineer to look at the A/C or send up a box fan. We look forward to having you stay with us again!

When I walked up to the counter to check in, the little red, blond guy picked up the phone and let me stand there waiting for 15 minutes to get checked in. I couldn't check in until 4 p.m. Finally was able to get into my room to change and get to my uncle's rosary by 5 pm. Thank goodness I showered before leaving Pueblo. I wouldn't have made it on time. I literally had 12 minutes to get to the rosary.
