Excellent hotel, with wonderful staff and an outstanding hot breakfast served. Dislike (management aware of problem) was the rat infested dumpsters located immediately across the parking lot.

Hotel was a bit difficult to get to and due to recent snows many parking spaces were unusable. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Those heavy winter and spring snow storms can often make parking a bit challenging, however we do have a dedicated Denver Tech Center team that only provides DTC properties snow plowing services and they do a fairly good job clearing away as much of that heavy wet spring snow to make as many parking spaces available as possible. We do, however, understand how challenging it can be to travel in that kind of weather!

Adequate for our weekend stay. We had some trouble with a room that smelled musty and caused allergies to quickly flare up but we were quickly moved to another room that was better . Breakfast was good and this hotel was a good value for our needs

The place is very nice and conveniently located with a Panera bread right next door and a Walmart about 10 minutes away. The disappointing thing is that I didn't realize that this place was pet friendly. The second day I discovered there was dog hair all over on the carpeting. If a hotel is pet friendly, they need to put patrons with pets in specific rooms, otherwise, they need to deep clean to make sure their is no traces of the previous occupants -- human and animals. My second complaint is the breakfast had absolutely no signs labeling the items. The seeming less scrambled eggs contained ham in them as I found out later after trying them and tasting a smoky flavor. I asked the front desk if there was any bacon in the scrambled eggs and they said they weren't sure but to ask the staff in the breakfast room. I went to the lady there and asked if there was any bacon in there and she said, "no only ham". Considering they are in the Tech Center of Denver, and have many people of varying faiths and diet restrictions...they should clearly label items so that people who do not eat meat or only certain kinds of meat would be made aware of what the ingredients are.
