This hotel worked for what we needed- close to restaurants and the convention center. The staff was helpful. The hotel was having some updates done, so they had a temporary welcome desk. Their internet was slow while getting checked in. Took us much longer than normal- just a temporary inconvenience.

Overpriced for the total experience. Construction during visit, room had a broken toilet, parking was incredibly expensive ad not included in booking price, very outdated rooms and outdated appliances/electronics. Very disappointed.

Current state is terrible. Wait for construction.

The hotel was under construction- there was no lobby. That’s understandable, except it wasn’t advertised as such. Every morning I woke up to grinders, saws, and hammering. There was never anyone at the desk when I had questions, and parking was CRAZY overpriced. Additionally, the price in hotels.com was lower than my actual charges. I’m VERY unhappy and will not stay here agai .

Downtown hotel within walking distance to a lot, including the Christmas market. Nice, clean, friendly hotel with a nice lobby and a tasty restaurant. I actually went there for dinner and drinks two nights of my three nights because it ed convenient and good!

Property was being renovated which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking front desk initial experience was terrible and the person on the front desk which is basically a length for one person on a chair was very lazy fair and not really customer focused the newly renovated rooms were clean and presentable as A Conference hotel it was the perfect location it had I know it was rented renovated I would’ve moved to many other facilities that are just as close

Food at their restaurant Territory was very good especially their linguini with garlic and olive oil. Kudos to their chef. And their waitress Isis was phenomenal and courteous. Ambience music at the restaurant though need to improve. It kept been stopped off and on while I was there which was a little frustrating. Also, it was a shame the gym was closed for repair during my whole time there.

Good location if you want to be downtown

Good location downtown. Decent clean room. The shower would only go half power with the rest of the water going out the bottom. Parking is $47 a day so I got parking on spot hero.
