The Space

This spacious 2BR loft, known as the “Mothership,” was once home to the Snooze founders as they created their iconic restaurant. The loft blends historic charm, like exposed brick and a repurposed telephone booth, with the vibrant, retro Snooze theme. Unique touches include a Snooze booth headboard and dining seating.
Located on the second floor of a historic building, large windows fill the space with natural light and city views. The open-plan living area features a cozy couch, smart TV, and a dining area for four. A fully equipped kitchen and an updated bathroom with a shower/tub combo provide modern comfort.
Perfect for remote workers or extended stays, the unit includes a remote workstation, luxury linens, and a full-sized loft bed for extra guests. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a full bed.
This cozy loft is the ideal home base for exploring Denver’s Ballpark District and beyond!

A major draw is Rocky Mountain National Park, just 1.5 hours away through a stunning canyon. Enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife. Ski resorts are also within 1-3 hours, with locals favoring Echo Mountain, Eldora, and Loveland for a relaxed experience. Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are also nearby.

Getting Around:
If you're new to Denver, getting oriented is easy: the Rocky Mountains are to the west, and Downtown is a 6-minute drive southwest of your stay. Take I-70 West for a direct route to the mountains and ski resorts. I-25 leads north to Fort Collins and south to Colorado Springs. Highway 36 takes you to Boulder and the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
Denver is a walkable city with great neighborhoods like RiNo, Downtown, Union Station, City Park, and Five Points to explore. Prefer biking? Rent a B-Cycle! Without a car? Uber and Lyft are affordable options for exploring nearby attractions.
