Bad Stay

The A/C was not controllable by the guests. It was hot and uncomfortable. They did however, provide fans for the guests. They really spoiled us with that. I order two wake up calls, and did not get either one. You cannot charge people to stay in a hotel and not allow them to control the temperature. Also, some of the outlets did not function. The Iron in the room barely function.

I would recommend to stay away from this property. The rooms have no adjustable air conditioning and they’re very warm I’d say around 78-80 degrees. They did let us check out the room first and offered us a refund if we thought it was too hot, we ended up staying because we had a big group with reservations in the same place but they do get a couple brownie points for that. I felt so bad you could tell even the employees were sweating bullets. When we tried to cool off in the shower, there was no cold water. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. You couldn’t open the windows. The room was quite small. Half of the treadmills in the gym didn’t work and it was hot in there too. The ice machine on our floor only worked like 1/5 days we were there. The breakfast was very mid and there pancake machine was broken the whole time (the best part of hotel breakfast ). The only parking they have is valet which is $50 per night, all surrounds parking lots require pay to park every day/night, and they were pretty sketchy. The staff was very nice atleast.

Was disappointed to find out the AC was out once I checked in. A bigger heads up would have been appreciated but overall it was a comfortable stay. I appreciated the staff managing the front desk as they were all very kind, friendly and helpful.

Broken AC!

We arrived to discover that valet parking was a $50 extra charge, without other parking options. Also the AC in the entire building was broken. Our first room had a water problem and there was wet carpet in half the room. They moved us, but with no AC and the unexpected parking situation (paying extra and not having ready access to our vehicle) was annoying and uncomfortable. Also the rooms were so small we couldn't have our suitcases open anywhere except on our beds. Very frustrating! We will not be staying there again. I am so sad because we paid a lot of money for this stay and it wasn't ok.

I booked for a king size bed standard room, they gave me a queen size bedroom, when asked, they said they are out of rooms that's all they had available, althought they charged me for a King size bedroom. No microwave, no refrigerator in the room. Also the thermometer is regulated by the facility and can't be lowered or increased. The only good thing here is the vallet service.

Great Location, But Needs Service Improvements

The location was definitely a highlight—very centrally located and convenient for getting around. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk was rarely staffed, and the entrance doors were often locked at odd hours and difficult to open. The breakfast area was small and not cleaned between guests, which made it feel unwelcoming. Additionally, the TV would randomly shut off and blast sound when turned back on, which was frustrating. With a few improvements to service and upkeep, this hotel could be much more comfortable.

Paying for valet is definitely the way to go; easy and convenient. One of the elevators didn’t go to the floor we needed for some reason and you can’t change the temperature in the room without a work order which made it a little uncomfortable. The area is walkable and close to a variety of dining options.

Hotel is very clean. Emma at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Hotel does not allow individual rooms to adjust their thermostat. They give you a fan to use. They claim that parking is available. It is if you want to find a spot on the street or pay a lot of money to park in a dirty lot that is not owned by the hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was small.

Hot in Denver

The air conditioner was not working. Our room was 77°. They gave us a box fan to try and cool off the room. They said the air conditioning was working we just could not control it in our room. When we were in the room and we felt the vent hardly any air was coming in. It was awful. Fortunately a Representatives with hotel.com was able to talk with the hotel and cancel two of the three days we were there. We ended up spending that first night there but we did not have to spend the rest of the time there. I was only charged for the first day. So while the hotel sucked I am grateful that hotels.com was able to help us get out of that awful Hotel
