When we got to our room we had no hot water and the room was cold with no adjustable thermostsat. I called the front desk and they said they have to send engineering up to check it out before giving me a new room. I waited over 30min amd no one showed. I called back and was told to come down and we would get a new room. We did that and was told our valet larking would be comped for the inconvenience. We still got charged for parking. Also the bathroom doorknob on the first room was backwards, so you could lock someone in, not out.

The hotel seemed nice enough online but they don't say you YOU must pay for parking which is either $50 valley or you walk thru the freezing cold to a parking garage where you pay upwards of $25 to park for the night make sure you have done all the running you need before you park because you will need to pay for parking every time you leave the room ac/heat is controlled by the hotel we had to wait 2 hours for someone to come adjust the temp in our room which was freezing out room was small the bed was super soft which for me was horrible I won't be booking this hotel every again

There was no air-conditioning in the hotel. People who checked in ahead of us who paid the hotel directly, we’re giving the option of having their room comped. When we asked about the air conditioning in our room, they told us they could not reimburse us any money because we booked through Travelocity and not directly through them. Room was hot. No AC on the 17th floor

We checked in at 830pm and our room wasn't clean, the sink was clogged, the toilet didn't flush. People were smoking pot

The location is perfect for downtown, but the property was a bust. The first room we had the shower backed up and the front desk offered to move us to an upgraded room, which was nice but the air was stuck on cool and the temp outside got cold. This was our anniversary trip and we were just really disappointed. We didn't want to keep complaining but we will not be back.
