Spacious basement apartment abutting Apex Park up on beautiful Lookout Mountain with large yard and beautiful patio. Great location as you are close to Denver and Red Rocks yet up in the peaceful mountains! The apartment is completely separate from the main house and is truly a get-a-way escape from it all. You can also work from the unit with excellent internet service.

The 1,700 square foot unit includes a family room with smart t.v., dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, patio, cell and wifi coverage with speeds up to 400 Mbps.

The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin day bed.

Outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the views and your morning coffee. Or strike up the BBQ grill for dinner and drinks while the sun is setting.

Denver Airport is 45 minutes away. Downtown Denver is 30 minutes and Red Rocks Ampitheater, Golden and Evergreen are just 15 minutes away. Many world class ski areas within an hours drive.

Note: The unit is at 7,200 elevation so during the months of October through April AWD or traction devices are highly recommended.

Beautiful location and quiet, comfortable home. The scenery and herd of elk that passed through were a highlight! The only issue we had was with the youtube TV, but that wasn’t a high priority for us. Close enough to Denver and Golden to make day trips easy, but still feel “away from it all.” Would definitely enjoy staying here again!

This is a very serene place with an amazing view looking over the hills and valleys toward the Shrine of Cabrini. It's a special location. The kitchen and bath is well equipped. Even the shower has a window with the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mountain Meadows. The check-in was flawless, accommodations were better than pictured, television apps were available, and the place was cooled upon arrival. All areas of the rental were exceptionally clean!! Communication was wonderful and directions to the location were spot-on. Serene with beautiful views

The listing is very accurate. There is so much to like about this property. Wildlife is abundant and the room layout is practical. It’s close to civilization but such a nice retreat. All the appliances worked well and the patio furniture seemed brand new. There is also a delicious French bakery just a few minutes drive from here. We enjoyed hilly walks in the neighborhood. The views are truly unbeatable.

Awesome Place

The property was great, we had everything we needed, the setting was very peaceful and serene. The owners were great, very responsive and even texted us when a herd of bison was nearby. We saw elk and mule deer every day of our stay in the pastures behind the house. The patio area was great for morning coffee and afternoon beverages. The location was great with hiking trails nearby, and Golden and Red Rocks very close. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and the view incredible. The only "negative" would be if you are not comfortable driving up the mountain road, especially at night. Just something to be aware of if that is the case. If not, definitely consider booking this beautiful property.
