The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to check in several hours earlier then we were supposed to. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good with several options to choose from. I liked the location because it was in walking distance to the mall and in close proximity to the highway

Booked the exact room we needed but 5 days prior the staff called to inform us that they used it for another group that just booked. Gave us a much lesser room with only one bed and didn’t offer a refund for the difference. I won’t bother booking any further stays at IHG Hotels

Staff was outstanding. Front desk gentleman was extremely courteous and ran up to our room to give us a different key. Kitchen staff were very friendly and food was delicious.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and we were never told that our room would only be cleaned (light housekeeping) if requested. It was after the 3rd night that I called because the garbage was overflowing, the bed had not been made (except by me) and no fresh towels were brought (I had to go to the front desk to get them). If this is the policy, it should be told to guests upon arrival or something should be in writing in the room. When I spoke to a manager he said it was because of covid. If they were worried about covid, the staff would have been wearing masks. I will NEVER stay at an IHG propeerty again.
