You’ll have full access to the home, except for the basement, which is off-limits to guests. Please make yourself at home!

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, feature king beds with ensuite bathrooms and space for an air mattress or crib if needed. Upstairs, two bedrooms are filled with natural light, each furnished with a queen bed. On the lower level, one bedroom combines a queen bed with two bunk beds, creating a flexible setup for children or friends. Extra pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades are provided for restful nights.

Bathrooms
The home offers four and half bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, plus a convenient half bath. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, along with plush towels and thoughtful details to make getting ready easy.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the house is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and double ovens. You’ll find a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cooking basics you need. Share meals around the dining table or enjoy takeout from the many nearby restaurants.

Living spaces
Two lounges invite you to relax. The upstairs living room offers a sectional sofa, streaming-ready smart TV, and a cosy fireplace, while the downstairs lounge provides additional seating for games or conversation. High-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet connections, and dedicated workspaces support both leisure and remote work.

Outdoor furniture on the patio or balcony creates space for fresh air, and children or pets can play freely. The property is pet-friendly, with space for up to two dogs. Free parking is available both on site and on the street.

You’ll have a washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage for longer stays. Family conveniences include a Pack ’n Play, high chair, board games, and children’s dinnerware. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable in every season. For peace of mind, the property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
