Very convenient and easy to get to and from the airport. Restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioner is quite loud, microwave didn’t work, and fan wouldn’t stay on constant operation-cycled off and on with the air conditioner.

Worse staff I’ve ever experienced. The fire alarm would go off every 28 sec and they would not fix it or change our room. Before we arrived our colleague whom we reserved a room for arrived 3 hours early from Australia and they would not check him in. He had to sit outside waiting for us with all his luggage. The place was a dump in an unsafe area and they never cleaned the rooms, empty the trash or provide clean towels. I’ve traveled all over the world to undeveloped countries and this was by far the worse hotel ever experienced.

Truly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I really regret making this booking. I can't believe this place has the word "Wyndham" in its name. I had read good reviews before booking and I'm wondering if those were even real. Nearly every aspect of my 4 night stay here was flawed and I wish I could have my money back. 1.) airport shuttle pickup is a disaster. I had to wait almost 40 minutes to be picked up because the first shuttle left without me, and then when the 2nd one came it almost left without me too and I had to beg to be let on, even though I had called the hotel in advance and reminded them. the shuttle actually serves several hotels and may not have room for you! 2.) rooms are in poor condition and not clean. bad smell in the room, the sink didn't drain... the list goes on. no housekeeping during your stay either. 3.) someone knocked on my door at 3 am and tried to fidget with the lock and come in. when I tried to call the front desk about it, it turned out the room phone didn't even work!! when I spoke with them about it the next day, it was apparently a disoriented hotel guest who did the same thing to another room... strange clientele here. and very concerning that I did not have a working phone in the room when it was needed in an emergency. 4.) not a single TV in the ENTIRE hotel worked during the 4 night stay. they said the cable company was coming to fix it but that never happened... 5.) shoddy breakfast to top it all off
