A beautiful, newly renovated tiny apartment awaits you, complete with everything you need. Located in the basement of a quiet house, it features its own entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom—making it the perfect place to stay for your short trips to the Black Forest, whether in summer or winter. Located near Freiburg, it’s in the charming little town of Denzlingen.
The tiny apartment is fully equipped and ensures you’ll have a relaxing and restful stay. With just under 30 square meters of space, it can accommodate up to 2 people. It’s especially well-suited for guests who want to explore the Black Forest from a great base near its most beautiful sights.
The bedroom features a 1.60 x 2.00-meter bed. There’s also a desk, a TV, and plenty of storage space. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
In addition to a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee pod machine, and cooking utensils. A small table with seating for two is perfect for a cozy meal.
The tiny apartment is located in the basement of the building and has two windows that open (insect screens provided). While the beautiful view of the Black Forest is only visible just outside the door, the apartment is still bright and inviting. Access is via a private entrance, which is reached by a staircase (at the back of the house).
Free parking is available right in front of the house along the street.
Bicycles can be parked in the garden behind the house. Winter sports equipment can be stored in a garage upon request.

You can reach downtown Freiburg either by public transportation or in a relaxed 10–15-minute drive.
Europapark is just a 30-minute drive from Denzlingen and, as Germany’s largest amusement park, is definitely worth a visit.
You can reach Basel and Strasbourg directly by car via the A5 in 50 minutes. Kandel-Berg is 20 minutes away, and you can also start hikes right from the house. You can reach the Feldberg in 50 minutes by car.
