The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside. the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service. THANK YOU so much!

Friday night fine. Saturday night constant backwards and forwards from room opposite my room. Very nearly every half hour banging of doors. Banging on my door and people in corridor talking loudly. From 10.30 until I left at 7am.
