Starbucks and Kum & Go are each a block away. Hello Marjorie - one of DSM's most trendy bars is located in the same building! The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can get where you want to go in downtown.

Beautifully updated rooms with concrete floors, industrial style ceilings, exposed brick walls, brand new bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Very cool "hang out" areas scattered throughout the building for all guests to use.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
