Your staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I checked in. Laurie found out I was in town for the funeral of my brother. She slipped a sympathy card under my door later that day. That may be the most thoughtful gesture I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. I’ll never forget it. Thank you for your lovely staff.

My room was clean. My reservation fell through again. Marriott almost always mess up my reservations when I use hotel.com. This has happened to me several times. I think I may give up on hotels.com. i ended up having to just pay at the front desk and ended up paying much more than I anticipated.

The staff was awesome and very friendly and the hotel was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I saw a concern was the door in the bathroom closed, it came right close to the toilet.Maybe putting it on the side would be better. We would stay there again.
