Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

*note* - Both bedrooms do not have doors. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft and the downstairs bedroom has an open entry that is sectioned off by a curtain.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

The front door utilize a security camera that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.

What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco.
