We had an enjoyable stay. The house was nice and clean and close to stores. The kitchen had what we needed and plenty of open cabinet space to store our food. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the walking path nearby to walk our dog. We also appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host was super responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving! It was an easy half a mile walk to my in-laws. Also close to a cute coffee boutique. After a day with the extended family, we enjoyed time together here with my immediate family. We each had our own bedroom and bath. And on Saturday when we got 10” of snow, we appreciated that the driveway and sidewalks were taken care of for us Arizonians. We will stay here again the next time we are in Urbandale!

We had a great time over the weekend. Our host quickly responded to any questions. The home is a perfect place for a large family. Everyone was able to have their own space/bedroom, and we really appreciated the layout of the kitchen and living room
a great space to gather as a family. It was nice to have a decorated tree set up when we arrived. The kids loved the basement space and air hockey table. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly property in Urbandale

The property was well stocked with necessities plus lots of extras which helped make our stay enjoyable. The host even offered to bring ice scrapers for our vehicles when it snowed. I definitely recommend this property and the host!

Convenient and nice hottub

I typically go for the best deals and this place was a great deal especially with the hottub. Place was clean, nothing good or bad to say of the management as there weren't any issues. Family lives close so the place is convenient and overall a good spot to stay. Would go here again for the value and the nice hottub.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a family Christmas. This property was perfect for some of us stay in. Everything was perfect. It was very clean. The property owners were very responsive to messages. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. They put a Christmas tree up knowing we were celebrating Christmas. I would recommend this property any time!

We stayed here for a week while getting treatment for my son. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved all the extra comfy blankets everywhere. Property was fenced in and secure for my son. Communication from the owner as well as his brother were great. No complaints.

Great fit for our family

Great home with lots of room, in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located near interstates and shopping. It accommodated our 8 person family very well with lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Great affordable price with a nice quality hot tub and air hockey table that our family greatly enjoyed. Very responsive and helpful host who was helpful and quick at answering questions. Check out was very simple which we super appreciated. Would certainly stay here again.
