Not as close as I had hoped for Stagecoach but the entire property was in new condition. Very clean. Great staff and good food close by.

The office staff was a little rude about how they handled my complaint about noisy people in the spas at 2:00 am. Instead of her handling it right away she said “they can do whatever they want”. Which I was like ok so this is a “party hotel” not a “relaxing hotel” but then she called and apologized and said she would talk to them. Pros: mineral pools and open 24/7… love that! And Staff seems willing to improve. Nice property and clean pools! Cons: floor in room was REALLY dirty, property complex is open (no locks on doors to go in and out of property), bathroom door was loose, caulk in shower was coming off, no phone in the room, and no USB outlets available which was odd. They just need some small adjustments and this place would be AMAZING for vacation and relaxation!

We checked in after 4pm and were told our room would not be ready for another hour. When we did finally get in the room there were no cups, no coffee, and only a tiny bit of toilet paper with no additional rolls anywhere to be found. There was no breakfast which I think was supposed to be included. Finally, one of the two beds in our room was clearly broken and sagged with a big dip on one side. Overall, not what I was expecting and some things need to be addressed there.

The pool, courtyard, 2 outdoor hot tubs and 1 indoor hot tub are nice. Pool was heated and apparently it never closes made for being under the stars at 1am. The area seemed safe and quiet.The rooms feel like a landlord special. No black out curtains. So light will wake you up if you need complete darkness to stay asleep in the early morning. Paint and caulking on tile and floor. The floors are wood laminate not the commercial grade but its better than carpet. The beds are soft and so are the pillows. No robes or slippers (understandable for the price 125per) if the price remains under 250 for the weekend we would definitely return.

This was a nice little spot to stay on my road trip to Vegas. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Room also included a full size fridge and microwave. Would gladly stay here again

Clean, relaxing, great pool and jacuzzis. Bed’s and pillows are very comfortable. Shower works very well. There are couple of problems with the floor noise recently remodeled there are small roaches crawling around or possibly coming from outside. Maintenance team should be on it properly inspecting it. Other than that it’s average place to relax .

Ok, let me say first that this place is now my most favorite quirky little spot. While not every little thing on the property is perfect, and they are actively working on renovations, and tue neighborhood is sort of uncharacteristic of a spa like this, this place is a real gem. The gardens are beautifully done, the view pf the mountains are great, the staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, and most importantly, the 24/7 mineral hot springs-fed pool and 3 jacuzzis, and sauna and steam room, were amazing. It was also really quiet, and we were practically the only ones there. If and when I come back I will most definitely be staying here. Some of the odd stuff about the room were that the hot and cold temp indicators were switched on the shower, which had me thinking the hot water didn't work at first, but ot did, it was just backwards. We had a couple small beetles wander in because we were on the ground floor. But considering how qctually cool and chill everythong was, we couldn't literally care less. The place is totally chill, clean, and pretty special. We loved it!!!
