The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 207 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy beach theme. An open floor plan and 12-foot ceilings give the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing patio is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Just steps from the living area is another half bath with a laundry closet complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing patio. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a beautiful soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing patio. The guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, the guest bunk area features a twin over twin bunk bed set.

Great property! This was third time staying here. We love being able to walk out to the pool/beach without having to use the elevators and such. It's so convenient! Memories were made and we'll be back again!

We enjoyed our Stay at St. Marrteen Unit 207 very much. The unit was clean and decorated very nice. The check in location was excellent, right on the way to the unit. The disposal stopped up and the repair man was very prompt in replacing the disposal and was very nice. Service at the pool, beach was excellent! I would very much recommend staying in the unit. Had a wonderful time We we late arriving ,10pm , got our packet but not familiar property. A map may have been helpful and we stayed in 207 so we didn’t know that we didn’t need to go to 2nd floor Room was fantastic but disappointed that jets didn’t work in tub Will return with family next time

Our overall stay was good BUT… we did not have a working dishwasher our whole stay and the patio furniture was falling apart. They gave us paper ware that wasn’t enough for a family of 5. I wish the bunk beds were not in the hallway leading to a half bath and laundry room. Our 2 older kids could not sleep in there due to it not being enclosed, so they had to sleep together in one room. The condo was the perfect location though. Very short walk to beach and pool. Pool was never crowded. Playground was great for kids!

Loved our stay!

We loved thia unit. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were very confortable, unit was very clean, unit was located conveniently on the bottom floor which allowed easy access and we could atore somw of our floats a s kid toys inside the gated oatio. Compass reaorts had great communication and easy checkin process - we got into iur room earlier than expected. The only two things i could recommend would be to get a new trashcan for the kitchen- there is a bthroom sized white plastic trashcan for this beautiful unit - a average tall kitchen trashbag is too big for it and this unit is too nice not to have a decent tall trashcan with a lid. Our gate was broke upon arrival and was never fixed dueing our 7 day stay - if there was anything else to upgrade i would say better comfortable patio furniture. but overrall we loved this unit.and have rebooked it again :)

This condo is beautifully furnished and top notch and would get a 5 star rating except for the patio furniture. It is quite simply unacceptable and the old wooden table is about to collapse. That Management Company, Compass Resorts is also top notch and the people are great to deal with.
