Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). This condo is non-smoking. For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

Best Condo in Destin!

We stayed over Spring Break week and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The balcony views are amazing. We saw dolphins feeding most mornings right in front of us! The location is perfect for restaurants and the beach is less crowded than further down where the high rises are. David is very accomodating and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks David!

Great place! Don’t Hesitate. You Will Love It

This condo is awesome. The oceanfront view is spectacular!!!!! I could sit on that balcony all day. The condo itself is well appointed and has everything you need. It’s also a great location on the beach. Not crowded like some other areas. Very close to lots of activities and some really good restaurants. Don’t miss trying out the Back Porch which is just steps away. The food is awesome. It always has a huge crowd but you can believe them when they say the wait will be 30 minutes or less. The condo Host David Barnes is an excellent communicator and dedicated to providing you with a wonderful experience. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. If I come to Destin again, this is definitely where I’m staying.

Barns vacation rental

Thanks David for a great stay in your condo, the condo is amazing, great views, great location and beautiful condo. Your kitchen was the largest that we have had. Loved the huge deck, so much room and very nice patio furniture. Location is very easy to get into and right in the area off the main road. Really liked the Back Porch restaurant which is a very easy walk from the condo. We would recommend a stay for anyone who loves the beach. Thanks again David for the quick response to any of our questions. Loved it !!

Beautiful Penthouse Property!

Beautiful Penthouse Property! This condo is amazing
stunning views from almost every room, lovely decor, a huge balcony with lovely deck furniture and every amenity you could possibly need. David the host is super nice and available to answer any question in a timely manner. Did I mention that the location is superb? Added bonus
 beach service is included (seasonal) and the pool area and new gym are only steps away. I can’t wait for my next visit!!

Relaxing beach vacation

Beautiful place and perfect location

Beautiful spacious condo with huge balcony for amazing ocean views! Condo is decorated super cute, comfortable beds! It is right on the beach which was great small kids and the beach was not crowded at all in front of our building. Parking was always available no hassle like most places. Condo came with 2 beach chairs/umbrella service which was wonderful! Awesome location, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, Walmart is literally 2 mins down the road. David was a great host, gave us the codes, made sure all our needs were met but gave us our privacy as well! Would highly recommend this property and hope to be back to visit soon!

We really liked this condo. We loved being on the top floor and having a huge balcony with plenty of chairs. It was very nice that beach and pool areas were much less crowded than others nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
