Private home, dual master suites with lower level accessible master suite and small step in entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly located in a very quiet area, but only a minute away from Destin Commons where you can enjoy shopping at over 70 retailers, dining at the City Food Hall and other restaurants, or catching a movie at AMC theater. Other neighborhood highlights include supermarkets, playgrounds, water parks, and other attractions.



Other Things to Note:

-Pool is heated per request during off-season (Sept-May). 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Fee: $50 per day or $200 max (must be paid prior to check in)



-Pets: 2 dogs max (50 lbs. or less)

Fee: $200 non-refundable



-Damage Protection fee is included to protect you during your stay.
