Top floor (7th) end unit CLOSEST to the Beach, so close you can hear the crashing waves and feel the sea salty breeze!

Holiday Surf 701 has tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The unit sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The Family room and master bedroom are ocean front with balcony. Even the guest room has a fabulous view of the beach!
Featuring a 42" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and complimentary WIFI. The living room also has a DVD player to watch your complimentary DVD now movies from the lobby kiosk!

Holiday Surf 701 has been nicely updated with a fresh kitchen including both a K-cup and Drip Coffeemaker for your enjoyment, as well as new master bedroom furniture including a new Sealy mattress. The guest room also has new luxury foam mattresses for the ultimate in comfort.

You have the most spectacular view of the sparkling waters of The Gulf of Mexico, along with the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches that stretch for miles from 701!

Best trip!

Very clean kitchen stocked with everything you need. Had Tupperware bowls we used to put sandwiches for beach. Plenty of towels and opportunity for linen exchange. Loved having umbrella and chairs provided with our room. Staff excellent nice area felt safe at all times. We are talking about going next year and get a 3 bedroom condo.

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

Disappointment

The pictures online do not reflect the condition of the condo. It is in dire need of renovation. Several receptacles had separated from the wall and were downright dangerous, especially for kids. The kitchen cabinets and doors were frayed on the bottom. The mirrors had black spots on them and need replacing. The balcony furniture is old and needs to be updated. Lastly, the drawers in the dresser of the guest bedroom cannot be opened or closed without much difficulty. However, the resort itself is very clean and well maintained. Maybe another room would make the stay more pleasurable.

Perfect Spot!

We had to book this location last minute and it was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great, the view is amazing and we enjoyed all of the services of the building. I fixed dinner almost every night and was surprised at well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking a lot easier. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Bummer! We walked in and carpeting was all over! Black and gross. We wore shoes after just a couple hours of our feet being black. Broken drawers and doors, no updates. We had the floors re cleaned when they were able, three days later. Mattresses are hard and sheets were yellowish. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.
