The condo was clean and had great amenities provided. It also had updated decor, which was a nice surprise when our family walked in. Our kids loved the whole space as well.

Really enjoyed our stay, so close to the beach!

My family and I enjoyed our visit and how close we were to the beach. There was plenty to do around the area. The kids loved that the pool was temperature controlled.

Would stay again!

Everything from start to finish was easy and stress free. The location was perfect! Beautiful view with a short 3min walk to the beach, a walk that was in the parking lot at that --no crossing traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of living space for all of us. The chairs on the patio were comfortable and made for a nice relaxing place to hang out while we figured out what adventure we wanted to do next.

We always enjoy our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The room we stayed in could definitely use some updates as most appliances were mediocre with parts missing or not working properly. We will definitely be back at Pelican but would reserve a different room.

Overall A Good Stay

The location is good. The condo was nice. We had an awesome view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy access to the beach. The beds weren't the most comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing, but maintenance did come out. There was broken bottles in the parking lot and it caused us to get a flat tire. No other issues.

The property was nice. Very clean. Handle in the one shower kept coming off. I text the number that was given for any issues upon check in. Didn’t get a reply. Also had a lot of communication issues with the property manager before our arrival.

The description was accurate but what’s not said this the master ceiling fan very loud, no ac in bedrooms, pillows terrible, both showers where clogged and didn’t drain, toilets clogged with very little toilet paper, base min utensils, cheap: hand soap, tp, paper towels; floor unlevel and flooring coming up, dishwasher not installed correctly and causing issues, very loud washer/dryer, leaky iron. Just kinda cheaply renovation at a high price! Would recommend if they charged less then we would not be surprised. Kinda a let down.

Was the worst place I have ever stayed it was dirty the restroom curtains had mold the floor were so dirty the bed sheets had mold the place was just terrible the dining chairs were all broken never ever staying on this place agin everything was falling apart the place was just bad and dirty looked like it wasn’t even cleaned before I checked in
