The main house offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The primary bedroom in the main house is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet where you can unpack your belongings. This room also has a lovely ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

The second bedroom in the main house offers a king-sized bed with a trundle and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is the bunk room, which offers the ultimate slumber party space with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a Smart Roku-enabled TV (max weight top bunk 130lbs) . These are not your average bunk beds with a pesky ladder that’s hard to get up and down! Enjoy strolling up the custom-built stairs to get up to and down from the top bunk.

There is a second full bathroom that caters to these rooms that has a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a refreshing rinse or a relaxing soak. Each of the full bathrooms is stocked with starter pack toiletries (including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner)!

The stunning living room in the main house features an Insta-worthy mural that provides the perfect backdrop for some holiday photos. Choose your favorite spot on the comfy couch and enjoy a movie on the 60” Smart Roku TV.

Enjoy meals with the whole group at the unique teak dining table with seating for 8. There is additional bar top seating in the kitchen. You’ll find a dinner set for 12, plus a kids’ dinner set for 6.

There is seating for 6, making this a perfect place for a more private small-group dinner.

Fun in the sun awaits in the property’s stunning outdoor space. The heated saltwater pool is sure to please guests of all ages, and there are sun loungers situated along the perimeter so you can go home with a nice vacation tan. If the weather is too warm for your preference, we have a sunshade over part of the pool to keep you cool.

If lazing in the sun seems boring to you, you can dunk basketballs in the pool, play a round or two of putt putt on the mini-course, partake in some yard games, or grab a good book and hang in the hammock.

The outdoor kitchen has everything you need for a tasty BBQ, including a mini-fridge, a propane gas Weber griddle with grilling utensils, and an outdoor 43” Smart TV to keep you entertained as you man the grill. This entire area is covered, so you can stay cool as you work. Once it’s time to eat, you can cozy up to the shaded bar area, or enjoy alfresco meals at the 2 outdoor dining tables (each with seating for 8).

Of course, no beach home would be complete without the sand, and we’re located just a short walk (about 3 minutes) from the sugar-white sands of the beautiful Gulf Coast. We have all the gear you’ll need for a successful day at the beach, including four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, a beach cart, two coolers, and a variety of sand toys. Once you get home, you can use the outdoor showers to rinse the sand away before retreating indoors.

Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is capped at 12 individuals, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from local authorities, which the guest will be responsible for and the host, The guest will also be asked to leave.

The City of Destin requires QUIET TIME to be 9PM - 8AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines by the City which will be the responsibility of the guest. Minut noise monitoring devices are used to monitor decibel (DB) levels to comply with City Noise Ordinance.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted! Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in the house or on the premises.

The pool is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
