The three spacious bedrooms feature HGTV worthy custom art, coordinated linens, one-of-a-kind accoutrements and flat screen TVs throughout. In fact, the Primary suite goes above and beyond with access to the beachfront balcony and a huge Primary bathroom centered around a renovated walk-in shower.

The fact that the owners of 1540 want their guests to enjoy the good life is obvious in the details of this Destin beach condo, each room boasts a flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings and shades of turquoise that flow seamlessly throughout this gorgeous vacation rental. Plus, contrary to the old saying more is more at 1540 because you get bay views from the northern bedroom plus beach views; a wet bar besides having a fully stocked kitchen; and a giant flat screen TV in the living room!

Jade East also has plenty of amenities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be, a grilling area for family cookouts, gated entry to keep your deeded beach access private, a fitness center and a tennis court. Plus, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin and near all the fun! Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is across the street and more than enough restaurants, shops and golf courses are either within walking distance or a short car ride away.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
