WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE HOME: Experience the ultimate beach getaway at "Blue Coconut" in Destin, FL! This beautiful property features a stunning private pool, a fully furnished kitchen, flat screen TVs, and premium bedding. With accommodations for up to 22 lucky guests, it's the perfect retreat on Shirah Street in Crystal Beach!



The first floor of this beautiful home boasts a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tumbled marble backsplash. The dining room seats 8, with 4 additional barstools nearby.



The King Master suite offers a plush pillow-top mattress for a restful night, and French doors leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun views with a cup of coffee. the Master boasts a tiled shower and a tiled jacuzzi tub. 



The top floor features the "Seashell Room," which includes a queen bed, a private balcony, and access to a shared common area bathroom. The third floor also has a living/entertainment area equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, and a large flat screen TV. Step out onto the expansive rear balcony to enjoy gorgeous Gulf views and watch the Harbor fireworks, play cards, or simply relax in the salty breeze.



Step across the courtyard, past the 12 x 24 pool and 1,000 sq. ft. paver deck, to the charming Cabana House! The Cabana House offers all the cozy amenities needed for a smaller family group seeking maximum privacy and a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Service: This home will feature 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily from 9-5, March 1st through October 31st! *Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



WHAT ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

* This property can park FOUR vehicles, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*  College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

* PETS: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



CONCIERGE SERVICES: Our concierge can assist with golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other recommendations prior to your visit or during your stay. Make the most of your vacation in the Panhandle!

Guest Access:

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to arrival. The email will have the door code, internet and beach access and all important information for your stay. Please note that check in time is at 2 PM central time. We always work to accommodate our guests, knowing that they have been traveling for the day. Once you have come into the area, texting our office will allow you to notify us and we can then let you know when the home is ready!



All we ask is that guests do not go to the home until the office has released the home. We do have field staff that will need access to the home and parking spaces to ensure the home is clean and ready to go for your stay.

If you have any questions, we do ask that you reach out to us directly.



Interaction with Guests:

While in house, we prefer guests communicate with us directly. Our office staff is always available 7 days a week from 9 AM-5 PM. Calling or texting our office will ensure that any issues that may present during your stay are able to be remedied quickly.

We pride ourselves in our guest services, so we always encourage our guests to reach out to us. We are also available via direct email. We love this platform, however messages sent through this system do not come to our office directly. This means a delay/pause in response time, which we do not want for our guests.
