Enjoy a piece of paradise! Breakers East #1001 is a very spacious three bedroom/two bath end unit located on the 10th floor. Breakers East is located directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in living room/kitchen, creating a very bright/cheery atmosphere. Reserved, covered parking space for your convenience.

Master bedroom features adjustable king size bed, 65" Smart TV with cable, blackout drapes
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, Smart 43" TV with cable
Third bedroom features 2 Twin beds, cable TV
Living room has Smart TV with cable.
Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and separate freestanding ice machine... etc.)
Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - Sun, Sand, & Sea beach service, Inc nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Nice three bedroom

Overall, the condo is nice. We had a few issues and they were indeed resolved quickly. It could use some updating. There are a lot of “rules” that’s makes a vacation difficult. Getting in and out with the car is a bit difficult. The tennis courts need resurfacing. The lights on the courts are hard to turn on.

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our stay here during fall break. The location is perfect. Walkable to Dunkin for your morning coffee. The size of the condo means the beach is not crowded. Our unit was very clean and stocked well with supplies. A lot of sea life visible every day. We love Destin!

Not as good as the first visit

This was my 2nd time to stay at this condo and I was disappointed this time. The gate was broken when we arrived (after an 11 hr drive). We contacted the mgr and were able to get in pretty quickly. Overall it was clean except the floors which turned our feet black, ugh. We did see a few roaches the last night, and the air conditioner stopped working during the last night. When I reported these things I got an immediate text back with an apology but thought we should have been offered a return on our cleaning fee since it wasn't clean. We had a much better experience the previous visit, but these are things I can't tolerate while on vacation or anytime.

Great condo with a great view!

This is our 2nd time staying in this exact condo. We love it so much. Already booked next year!! The condo is beautiful and well maintained. It feels just like home to us, but with an incredible view!! There is not much we don’t just love about this place. Porch furniture is great, too, along with a master bedroom that overlooks the Gulf. The bed is super comfortable and the black out curtains, work great! If I could rate cleanliness, I’d give it a 4.8 - and I’m picky!!

Great beach front location

The property is right on the beach, with great views. The pool is clean, and having a beach chair set up included is a nice convenience. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, serving ware, glasses, etc. The management company was very responsive. We needed to bring/buy a few basics like aluminum foil and napkins. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable.

Great Beachfront Condo

This condo is lovely with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. The condo is right on the beach and the balcony is spacious and perfect for watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It was clean and the check in was simple and well organized. Great communication with the property manager. This place is a gem!
