Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The views were stunning, and the home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. The beds and furniture were super cozy and we loved having books and magazines to choose from to read on the beach. Our son had a blast with the beach toys provided. Nice location. Clean condo, well stocked. Nice clean pool, easy access to the beautiful beach. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Master bed mattress a bit to firm for our liking but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Breakers East! Everything from the booking to our trip was great. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The building and unit were both clean and well cared for. The best part is being right on the beach! We enjoyed meals on the balcony and the afternoons on the sand.

My wife enjoyed the condo for Mother's Day weekend. Parking close to the building. Enough carts to wheel your items to the room. Easy access to the room and the beach view from the balcony is wonderful. Thanks for the complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental.

Absolutely love BE! We have already booked for next year:) The condo is great, plenty of space, equipped with everything needed. Balcony is right on the beach and I was able to keep an eye on the teenagers without having to walk to the beach with them. My 6 yo had plenty of toys to play with on the beach and we added to the collection when we left.

Absolute perfect set up. 805 was equipped with anything you may need. Only one elevator was functioning BUT that wasn’t a problem for us, we are patient and understanding. Perfect beach view and beach access. Location is within walking distance to so many places. Planning our next trip already! We loved our stay at BE805.
