A bright open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows showcases panoramic Gulf views. Unwind with family and friends around a 65"4K QLED TV in the living area, or step out onto the furnished twelfth-floor balcony to take in the sights and sounds of Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Wonderful stay. Condo is just as described. Very clean and beautiful views!! Only complaint is the mattress in both rooms isn’t very comfortable. Not a big issue. Will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing view, clean, dolphins and coffee, perfect

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. We are already looking at booking it again next year. The views from this room are unmatched. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the dolphins and other sea life. This place is at the perfect location. We were easily 10min from everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with stuff, the service was great, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were very nice. We loved our stay with Silver Beach Towers and plan to come back next year.

Best location on the best BY FAR!

The location of the condo was ideal - steps away from the cleanest and prettiest part of the emerald coast. The condo itself was well laid out, lots of space for two couples. Showers were large, lovely hot water with great pressure. (bring your own Kleenex and spare toilet rolls). Towels were clean and good size. Kitchen was fantastic with a full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher (needs a kettle). Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows (might be time to update the sheets). We didn't use the laundry but machines looked good. We didn't use the pool because it was a very cold weekend, but the pool area was lovely. Pools looked well taken care of and the hot tubs were being emptied and filled while we stayed. I didn't give a 5 star review because there was construction/drilling going on that was very loud. This would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is not the owners fault, but be aware that there is work being done.

This condo was amazing! It was as advertised. It was clean, easy to check in and out and the condo was just perfect. The views were amazing! You could see the sunrise and sunset from the very spacious balcony. We would definitely stay here again and we will in the future!

Beautiful

We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! I’m sure it’s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !
