The condo was beautiful and in a great location right across from the beach. The hosts provided excellent communication from check-in to check-out. Property had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. Overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Destin in this space. It was perfect for our family and the owners were super quick to respond to questions. The view was wonderful as well. The furniture was comfortable, and the entire space was clean. We will definitely be booking here again! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing view of the beach and ocean from the 10th floor large balcony and from inside as well. The full glass doors and large mirror setup in the living room give a feeling of large area and a great view with lot of natural light all thru' the day. The owners were great help, they came over to resolve a small issue with the hot water and were very nice to talk to. They also allowed us to hang around for a couple of extra hours on the day of check-out. Overall , a great stay we enjoyed!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was very clean, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable. The pool and beach access was exceptional. The property was clean, secure and staff were friendly. Communication with the host was the best, they were even nice enough to let us check-in early. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our family and friends.

I took my two teenage sons to Destin and we wanted a nice, affordable place that is close to the beach. And boy did we get it. This condo was clean, comfortable, and packed with everything you need for the beach. And that’s a good thing because you are VERY close to the beach. In Destin, you’ll often see people crossing the main road to get to the beach. If you stay at this condo, you won’t need to worry about that. The beach is a short walk across an enclosed courtyard and then a small street. That’s it. You also have two swimming pools to use, and you are right behind a very cool and yummy restaurant (The Back Porch). The location could not be better.As for the hosts, they were warm, accommodating, and communicative. We honestly could not have asked for more.As for the condo itself, the beds were very comfortable, the couch was as well, and the showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.If you are looking for a place to stay in Destin that is comfortable, close to the beach, and affordable, do yourself a favor and just book this place. You will not regret it.

This property was amazing! The view was incredible from sunrise to sunset! We enjoyed the direct beach access, pools, and other nearby amenities! The condo is in the approach of an airport landing. We enjoyed watching the various planes come in each day! We will be back!
