Beach Service: Enjoy the luxury of daily setup with commercial-grade chairs and umbrellas from March 1 to October 31. Our reserved section ensures a comfortable and exclusive beach experience. The beach access here is unique, providing a pavilion & restrooms.

Interior Highlights: Updated with a new kitchen, flooring, furnishings & meticulously maintained. Sand Dollar" features European white oak flooring, a spacious kitchen island with quartzite countertops, and top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances.

Elegant Coastal Design: Furnished with Pottery Barn and designer pieces, our home exudes coastal charm. The wood flooring adds warmth, and meticulous maintenance ensures a delightful ambiance throughout.

Spacious Layout: The open floor plan on the first level and extra-large bedroom suites create a perfect setting for group travel. Gather in the great room, then retreat to your private suite for ultimate comfort.

Pool was lovely and heated for an extra charge. Katie is definitely a super host. She communicates in a timely and friendly manner. Kitchen has EVERYTHING! My husband and I stayed in the master in the front of the house - very comfortable and private. Only negative was noisy neighbors on both sides after 10 pm quiet hours began. Katie intervened and things improved. Kids loved the pool Easy walkable beach access to incredible sand and water with private 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

Great family house

Katie was so generous and communicative before and during our stay with information. It was a great location for the beach, shops, and a pleasant neighborhood to walk. With a preschooler and two babies, we really appreciated all of the baby gear in the house—it made things so easy. We were also impressed with the quantity and high quality of all kitchen implements. Overall, a lovely house with a great pool. We loved it!

Everyone in our group agreed the place was exceptional, and our host, Katie, thought of everything a renter may need. She has set the standard for all of our future rentals! We had room to enjoy family time together, but could go to our very large rooms for some down time. Six small children were in our group so we appreciated the pool alarms, golf cart, and beach chair set up to make everything easier. Most of our time was spent at the house because it was perfect! Great property for family getaways! Accommodations were excellent and fit with desired activities in Destin! Having the Low-Speed Vehicle (golf cart) was key to flexibility to and from the beach with 4 chairs and umbrellas every day of our stay! Quality of amenities were first class. What a Great Vacation!

We stayed at Sand Dollar for 10 days in April 2025, 10 adults and 3 toddlers. Katie has a spacious, beautiful home that had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Katie was always available if we had any questions. The house was spotless and really well maintained. We first noticed how much open space there was on the first floor, perfect for meals, games, and just hanging out and having fun. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need. The furniture was all high quality and the beds were so comfortable. And the three primary bedrooms are huge! The guest cottage provided a nice respite for those who needed a bit of space from the toddlers ;) The pool was perfect for everyone, though we did pay a bit extra to have it heated since the weather hadn't really warmed up yet. It was well worth it. It was fun to have the golf cart for quick trips to the beach, but the walk to the beach was also very quick, and the neighborhood is very nice. And the beach chair and umbrella setup was wonderful, the attendant was very helpful and friendly. It is obvious that Katie knows what guests want and need, there were so many nice touches that we really appreciated, including twelve (12!) beach towels, extra beach chairs and umbrellas, pool service every few days, even extra trash pickup. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great time during our stay! All the shops and store was close by and the beach was a few minutes walk down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe the whole time there. The house was amazing and very when we got there. The owner and the rest of the team was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns before and during our stay there. Amazing Family Vacation

From the moment we booked we were in touch with the property manager. Communication was great. The home exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our multi family vacation. We would definitely book this property again. The pool and outside area were great. Very quiet neighborhood. We rented a golf cart and used that for commutes to the beach, but it’s an easy walk.

Impromptu vacation

It’s difficult these days to find time where our schedules align with our adult children! We scheduled this VRBO on a Friday & arrived Saturday! The check in was super simple. Check out very easy too! The location & house were perfect! We had everything we needed! There was no detail our host didn’t think of! The private pool was amazing & the short walk to the beach made beach days a breeze! The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space to retreat to. The kitchen was perfect for a family where everyone loves to cook. We were close to shopping, restaurants & entertainment! Thanks so much, this week was exactly what our family needed!!

Lovely home

We had a great experience at Sand Dollar. Little things made a big difference
pool towels provided, well equipped kitchen for cooking and storing (like Tupperware and chip clips), blankets for chilly evenings, hand soap in bathrooms, games/movies, pool basketball game that my boys loved, beach set up for 4 right in front! We would definitely recommend this house and would rent here again. Katie responded quickly to questions and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay

So glad found this house! Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated. All the beds super comfortable. Great outdoor space. House and cottage came with everything we needed. Owner very accommodating, super friendly and quick to respond. Look forward to staying again. Can’t think of one negative thing to say.

Sand Dollar

Katie made everything super easy while booking and staying at her beautiful home. Sand Dollar is immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable with a terrific kitchen. The pool and outside property were lovely. Everyone in our group of six thoroughly enjoyed the stay!! Highly recommend!!

Great Vacation

We were a group of 14 family members from around the country all gathering together for what was one of the best vacations we have ever enjoyed. This property easily accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants yet provided a quiet neighborhood feeling. Katy was responsive to all of our needs and the property was immaculate. Highly recommended. Hope we can return soon.

Fantastic stay

This property was very well appointed. We utilized the provided baby equipment and the beach service was quite a relief
no need to walk to the beach at 6am to secure your spot! Communication with the property manager was excellent.
