In a gated community with 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court along with bike racks. There is also a fishing in our 20 acre fresh water lake. The public access to the beach is approximately half mile away. Big kahunas water park is within walking distance, along with Shakes Frozen Custard, Waffle house, Merlin's pizza, Pizza hut, Mary's Kitchen, Chic Fila and many more.
Fully renovated this summer of 2019, 2 bedrooms one bath ; with a king size bed , 2 full size beds , 1 twin bed and a pull out couch . Unit is fully stocked with all comforts of home, including WiFi, 4k flat screen TV, cable, dishwasher, everything you need. Sliding doors open to a balcony. Info@ck22homes.com

Birthday Trip

It wasn't clean when we arrived. I cleaned but they did bring fresh linens and a birthday cake with an apology. She said they would also refund me my first night and the cleaning fee which I hope she did. Other than that it was close to everything and the pool was really nice in the evenings. The renters up stairs were all over the place all night long ng which made it hard to sleep.

my experience

overall the place and area was very nice the only little issue i had was the information as far the access code to get inside the neighborhood wasn’t listed as well as the code to get inside of the house it was incorrect on the website 
 it took almost an hour to get a response from the owner to receive information for our stay, other than that everything was great very clean and spacious

Our stay

If you have upstairs neighbors you will definitely hear them above your unit. When we stayed there only the living room had a television that was capable of watching due to no cable in the bedrooms. No remote for TV in master bedroom. I was not pleased with the shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms.

Good location and house

Loved the house and location was close to everything. Only issue we had was not being told the code to get through the gate at the entrance. Thankfully the car behind us shared it so that we could get in. Other than that definitely a great stay.

The house was okay but I would not stay again, mold on the ceiling in the shower, no smoke detectors at all, extension cords everywhere, outlet in the bathroom you have to hold in place or it doesn't work. The hanging bed is useless if you sleep on it anytime you move it hits the wall, upstairs tenants are extremely loud all hours of the day and night. Yard was overgrown. Check in time is 4pm I arranged my flights to get there at 4 and when we got to the house they had just started cleaning owner said it would be 20 minutes, an hour later I called and they were just leaving. All but one skillet the coating is peeling off and they are not useable.

Great location

Was great for our group, but we just slept there. I don't think the icemaker worked. But it's 3rd strait rental from different sites that the icemaker didn't work. Sux when your at the beach and brought a blender but anticipate ice from the fridge that has a icemaker.....but no ice.

Hands Down The BEST Space & Location

Camila was very sweet & communicated with us throughout our stay with any questions we had. The space was very clean & spacious for us (3 adults, 1 child, 1 infant). The location was amazing also- right by the beach(short 3 min drive), the Track & Big Kahunas. we will definitely be back for future trips to Destin.

Nice roomy condo

The rental was clean and beautiful. Plenty space for family. Super close to pool. The unit is downstairs and so you can hear everything from above. Which i have kids so didnt really bother me.The overall condo property is a little run down but the unit was new and updated. I would recommend to others.

Beach House

property manager was awesome she answered any questions I had. My family and I had a great stay at the property plenty of room with the 7 of us very close to the pool is a plus. We are from Texas and in over all this place was the best and the place was very clean and updated it was home away from home.
