Pelican Beach Resort, 1712 - 2 BR 2 BA directly on the beach.

Fully renovated, this amazing 17th floor unit features a beautiful beach contemporary style with gulf views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. This unit has the biggest balcony available at Pelican Beach, featuring a full-size dining table with four chairs and two patio loungers. Enjoy your morning coffee while you admire the sunrise over the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast!

Our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the Master Bedroom, which features a sliding door to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, and the Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed. The mattresses and sleeper sofa were recently updated. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV (new in 2021) with cable and the ability to stream Netflix and other apps using your own password.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room features a sleeper sofa, 55 inch flat screen TV and dvd/blu-ray player. Complimentary wireless internet comes with all rentals. The condo is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Our unit features keypad entry, so no need to wait for a key to start your vacation!

Pelican Beach Resort is a first-class Gulf-front resort – no long walks to the beach! The resort features 2 pools, one strictly outdoor with waterfall feature and one indoor/outdoor pool, plus a kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is a seasonally operated bar in the on-site tiki hut, adjacent to the pool and beach. The lobby area is newly renovated. In addition, there is a work fitness center, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball goal, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal cafe on-site.

Pelican Beach Resort is located in the heart of Destin, right across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park. The prime location allows for easy access to the best Destin has to offer. Check out the nearby restaurants to enjoy the best seafood on the Emerald Coast. Shopping can be enjoyed at the nearby Destin Commons mall, or at the Silver Sands outlet mall that is just a short drive away. Catch a boat to go deep-sea fishing or watch the day’s catch be brought in at the nearby Destin Marina.

Please note that we do have minimum stay requirements that vary by season. Peak summer season requires weekly Saturday to Saturday stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. We were just 2 adults staying here but could easily fit 2 more adults in the 2nd bedroom and even 2 others on the sleeper sofa. The condo had everything we needed including kitchen supplies, starter products to get us thru the first couple of days, bath & kitchen towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, large cooler, small cooler bag, etc. Loved having the W/D in the unit - that was very convenient. We had a beautiful view of the beach and sunrise from the master bedroom, family room/kitchen area and of course from the large balcony. Even had a great view of the sunset out the front door! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and very quiet!!Parking was easy and convenient! We definitely felt safe anywhere on the property and the staff was very polite and easy-going. We loved the direct access to the beach, pools and tiki bar and appreciated that they kept the grounds very clean.The owners were easy to reach to check about dropping our bags a bit early since our flight was an early morning flight but other than that there was no need to reach out (but they did respond right away).Check-in and check-out were very easy - no issues whatsoever!We'll definitely choose this condo again. It was a perfect vacation week!

Photos don't do it justice. Great views, three pools and two hot tubs. Looks updated and both bedrooms have their own bath. Huge balcony. Very convenient location on the beach. Would stay here again.

Friends day at the beach

We had a short stay do to the hurricane but we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. There was a fan for the bedroom and nice chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The condo had a great view and was tastefully decorated. The condo was clean with all the things you need to have a nice stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Loved this place!

So many great things to say about not only this unit, but the resort as well. First things first, we made this reservation with less than 24 hours to spare due to Hurricane Debby botching our original vacation plans. The hosts laid out everything we needed to know about the resort and the unit clearly. A+ there. Next up, everything you need to know about your vacation home and sleeping quarters: place was spotless, AC worked great, showers were hot and water pressure was great, beds were comfy. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. Balcony was huge and a fun hang at night once the kiddo was asleep. As far as the resort goes, I saw the reviews that mentioned that staff was rude or strict, we didn’t experience that at all. I thought everyone on site was friendly and accommodating. Yes, you need to pay for chairs and an umbrella on the beach, but that didn't bother us. Less stuff to carry is a win for me. Plus they allow beer and booze on the beach, so that’s better than the county beaches and worth a little bit of a premium. We’ll be back!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This condo was perfect for this year’s girl’s trip! Spacious, comfortable and located directly on the beach! Centrally located to all the best restaurants! Communication was great with owners! Super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had! Cleanliness was a big miss but hopefully was a one-off and wouldn’t detour us from staying again!

Great Stay

The room is great. Clean, modern, and comfy. The view is unbelievably beautiful. The resort that the condo is located in is our absolute favorite because of the great location and amenities available on-site. It’s our go-to spot in Destin. The room has everything you need for a great vacation.
