Vitamin Sea is a stunning pet friendly townhome just blocks from the beach! Located in the upcoming community of 125 Crystal Beach, this newer townhome features 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths and can sleep up to 8 guests! This lovely townhome features a spacious living and dining area with 9' ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large, covered patio overlooking the resort-style community pool! The main floor is on the second floor, has a king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. Load your beach towels, sand toys and sunblock in the provided beach cart and take a short 3 block walk to the warm, blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Vitamin Sea is sure to be a family favorite year after year!

Area Attractions: 

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. 

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location

The property was nice and clean. Spacious for a family of 5. Great location. Conveniently located across from pool. Only downside were the beds were very uncomfortable. Also wished they had small luxuries like salt and pepper or coffee filters or other basics like many other homes have. It makes for a nice touch. Regardless it was a nice stay and I appreciated the space, location, and cleanliness of it all. Thank you!

design/style

Overall it was a great place!! But I will say there decor/designing probably isn't the best, the two twin beds are connected on to 1 king ish size headboard, so there for it wiggles a lot and is quite squeaky. The headboard is pretty loose on the beds so when you turn over it's overall not a pleasant sound. Then the 2 like "chairs" in the living room, are uncomfortable and there's not much room on them. They were alright but considering it could sleep up to like 10 people the small couch and 2 small chair like things weren't very roomy or comfortable. The toilet downstairs was also a pain but maybe it was user error 🤣. The sheets in the twin room were stained and when we contacted the property management I believe, they immediately brought it the next morning. Overall a great place the decor and design maybe just didn't have the best options! (Also a pot holder in the kitchen would be helpful and maybe some extra to go containers or like food containers!) We had a great time and it was perfect for us!

The Townhouse is beautiful, clean, and well kept. It is in an excellent location, close to the public beach, restaurants, grocery store, and various entertainment. The 3 bedroom was perfect for our family of 5.

Fantastic house for family vacation

Besides being cute and comfortable this house is also convenient. The walk to the beach is a short haul and also has departmental stores minutes away. It was just the perfect house for us. Our only complaint was it would’ve been better if they’d provide extra comforters in winters and some washing detergent for clothes as we had to use the washer/dryer for our stay. Overall, cozy place and great communication. Thanks much, will definitely be back.

Great Place and Location

This is aclean, wonderful place. Looks like the pictures. Just 10 minutes from the beach and close to the mall and many restaurants. The only issue we had was the cable TV didn't work when we got there but it was fixed right away. The WIFI isn't very good. It goes in and out. My wife had a hard time doing business, it was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again.

Great townhome and neighborhood!

We spend a week in this townhome. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped In the kitchen with utensils and linens for beds and bathrooms. Cute decor! The terrace needs a cleaning and maybe a table to enjoy lunch or dinner. Very pleasant community, waking distance to the beach and nice pool! Definitely will come back!

Great location. Clean. We had a few problems upon arrival. The master shower did not work nor did the cable television. Maintenance took care of our situation the very next day. The condo did not come with the golf cart as mentioned.
