Villa Soleil is a charming vacation rental home in the gated community of Destiny East. This rental comes with 1 complimentary 6 seater electric street legal golf cart and 4 bikes with helmets. The beach is less than 1/4 mile from the house. You can easily walk, bike ride, or load up the golf cart for a fun filled day at the beautiful beach or enjoy the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, and more!

This vacation rental home offers you 2000 sq ft of comfort and design to make your vacation experience as comfortable as home, and features a beautiful, large and fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room connects to the large living area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer enough space to accommodate 14 family members and friends. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and two full size beds. There are also two additional queen size sleeper sofas. The outdoor area features a screened-in lanai, a private pool (that can be heated for an additional fee), and a gas grill, perfect for a family BBQ or reunion.

The one thing I was worried about

The stay itself was great. You took care of the heat issue immediately. The one big issue I had was the golf carts. That was the one thing I needed to be right. I called prior to coming several times to make sure it was all set. Upon arrival, it all looked good. But on the day I needed both of them all day to work, neither did. I know you finally came a fixed them but the one wasn’t even charged. So had I been able to use it I would have stranded 6 of us somewhere. The one amenity I was adamant on working did not.

Family Friendly

Good things: It was very family friendly. Nothing was so nice that you were worried about your kids spilling something or messing something up. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/pots and pans and plastic storage containers we needed. We had great space to hang out in the dining room and living room. When we arrived, lights were on and music was playing. Super welcoming! We loved, loved the golf carts and bikes! We took them to the beach and to the community center for pickle ball, basketball, and the hot tub. Definitely one of the coolest things about the property! Communication and directions were clear and really helpful. Not so great things: The pictures showed bar stools, but there weren't any, so there wasn't enough seating for all 10 of us at dinner. Not a big deal, but it woulda been nice. The sofa beds weren't the most comfortable... maybe some extra egg crate foam would help. The guest bathroom shower didn't drain well and a repairman came and said he fixed it. He made it a little better, but it really wasn't fixed. 10 of us taking showers between 2 bathrooms....ugh! We needed that tub to drain. We could've used some extra cozy blankets. I guess it's not usually freezing cold in Florida, but it was those first couple days we were there, so the heat kinda worked, but more blankets would've been useful. Some salt and pepper and kcups provided would've been nice, but we bought them. House rules said they wanted the trash bagged, which was fine, but we stayed 5 days and we only had 2 bags. We ended up using grocery bags as trash bags, but giving a few extra bags might be nice.

Awesome spot!

Great location. Two golf carts was a huge bonus! Gated community gave family comfort. Great amenities at the clubhouse (movie theater, pool, playground, hot tub, tennis and basketball court). Highly recommend! Will be back again.

Must do Family trip

The property was nice. Had two golf carts only one worked, and was fixed night before we left after being reported day of arrival. Gas grill wasn't clean, but maintenance came and cleaned it after reported. Screen torn out on patio, but was repaired after reported. So, I will give it a go again because prompt attention. All together family had a great time and want to come back.

Great location

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, easy to get to the beach with golf carts so you don't have to get sand in your vehicle. Only complaint would be the beds are not very comfortable.

Do not rent this property until you have spoken to someone who has recently stayed.here. Golf carts not at all what you would expect: linens are old and worn: furniture is filthy, mattresses substituted with futon pads. Property managers are not responsive. A more extensive review was sent to VRBO directly.
