Shoreline Towers 2076 (sleeps 7) Beach Setup Included (March 1-October 31)

This unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. You can sit out on your open balcony and watch the dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. In the evenings spectacular sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Unit 2076 is in tower 2 on the 7th floor, has two kings and one queen bed and the unit has 1 twin roll away bed in second king bedroom closet. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and bathtub/shower combination in the guest bathroom. A washer and dryer is located in the unit for the guests convenience. Complimentary parking for 2 vehicles, 24-hour on-site security.
Located in the Heart of Destin and near restaurants, water parks, shopping and more come and enjoy this vacation rental.

(March 1 - October 31) - Sunset Beach Service, Inc nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

This condo exceeded all expectations and truly delivered breathtaking views that were even better than described. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the strong sense of security, including the virtual security after hours, which gave us complete peace of mind. The space is unique, extremely efficient, and clearly managed with great attention to detail. We’ve already shared this location with friends and will definitely be returning for our next vacation to Destin. Highly recommend!!

Really great place with lots of space and all the amenities you need. It’s a corner apartment so you have a beautiful view of the beach with lots of privacy. Beds are comfortable and everything is super clean. Love that we just walked down every morning and found ourselves right at the beach. It’s also really close to supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This condo is very spacious. We were 3 couples and it was perfect. Very well stocked with everything you may need! I would say it needs a deep cleaning though. Condo is very close to the beach in tower 2. If you like the pool you may want to stay in a different tower. Pool, gym and grill are far from tower 2. Didn’t bother us much as we don’t usually go to pool much. The overall facility is very nice, clean and nice details that make a difference in comfort. Keyless entry , a/c in elevator and elevator lobby, no balconies are right next to each other, convenience store not even a block away. 2 a/c units in condo!!!

Family Weekend Celebration

My daughters birthdays fall right at the end of the school year/beginning of the summer. We have gotten accustomed to doing a beach vacation and this year my oldest is 24 and we decided to do Destin. It is truly a blessing to have these moments with my extended family and "grown" children. The condo was awesome. The view was spectacular. Steps away from the beach but the pool was a little far (just across the parking lot). There was plenty of things close so we did not have to go far to get what we need and enjoy our stay! No problems at all with crowded elevators or departure congestion.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, condo was nice, everything you would need was there. They were easy to communicate with, if I had any questions they got back with me quickly. The view was breathtaking. I would recommend you to stay here. We are looking to come back and stay again!!

Perfect vacation

You couldn’t ask for a better location and views than what this condo has to offer. I noticed in other reviews about the carpet and totally agree that it needs a good shampooing but other than that everything was perfect.
