Unit 203 greets you with a one-of-a-kind mural of the beach, painted by the owner, which stretches the length of the entry hallway. Other unique artwork is found throughout the unit, adding character and charm to your stay. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club Unit 203 comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The unit features hardwood floors in the bedroom and living room, while the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen have tile flooring for easy maintenance and a clean, coastal feel. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, new cabinets, and both a standard drip and Keurig coffee maker, making meal prep easy and enjoyable while taking in breathtaking Gulf views. The living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a fabric couch, a ceiling fan, and a 55” TV with a DVD player. The sofa has a built-in charging spot for your phone, a chaise section with storage, and adjustable headrests for added comfort. Lift the back of the armless chair, and it transforms into a cozy chaise for lounging. The bedroom offers a king bed and a ceiling fan, along with light, airy décor that complements the coastal theme. The adjoining bathroom features a tub/shower combination, and wall hangings of a Volkswagen bus and Adirondack chair bring a nostalgic touch to your stay.

Unit 203 is located near the west end of the building, providing late afternoon shade on your private balcony, which is furnished with a high patio table and swivel chairs. In the morning, enjoy spectacular sunrises along with Gulf and beach views. Convenient nearby stairs provide quick beach access without waiting for the elevator—it’s just steps away!

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
