Our First time here

When we got there there was very little communication. We didn’t know where the office was. No one told us how to get to the beach we had to find someone that was staying there and they let us know. There was a lot of construction going on that week on the building so it was loud. When we booked we didn’t know that there was a “quiet time” that we had to abide by. We didn’t know we were paying for HOA fees either. They did leave us some dish washing and laundry stuff but there wasn’t a dishwasher in the unit and i have no idea where the laundry was. I guess over all it was clean and a place to stay.

I would suggest people either bring their own chairs or buy two inexpensive chairs at walmart . Pay 6 dollars for a day at Henderson State Park beach down the road. You dont have restrictions there.

Beautiful Comfortable Room

I was pleased with the studio room, the view was perfect and private, the amenities met my needs. I am seriously considering coming back to that unit, which was very quiet. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 5-Star studio condo.

Great Place to Stay

Two adults and for it to be a studio it was plenty of space, had an awesome side beach view, literally lay in bed and see the beach, huge glass sliding door for balcony access. The property was clean and in excellent condition. Easy access and quick HOA stop to check in and get bracelets/gate codes for pool and beach access plus register vehicle for parking, easy and seamless and we got there after 5pm. I loved it and I’m very picky on where I stay when vacationing. I plan to go back and use this same unit if available.

This property was clean and neat but it was not as described.

I was very disappointed upon arrival to find out that the property did not measure up as the condo that was described. I understood it was one bedroom, which is what I wanted, however There was not a kitchen so only a sink and mini fridge, no stove, no dishwasher, no washer and dryer, and no beach service as promised. Even the confirmation emails indicated that all of this was present on the property and it was not until arrival that I found out it was not. While the management made effort to work with me, I was refunded the amount of beach service, however I do not feel I was compensated for this error and false advertising. Additionally, There was only one working elevator on the entire property so wait times were long often to find a full elevator with no room.
