When we arrived, we were informed of a 50 dollar fee that was never mentioned during booking and they only accepted certain credit cards or cash. Room was okay, bed was comfortable but definitely not cleaned thouroughly. On night 2 of our stay, we were locked out of our room and had to haul everything we carried in back down the elevator. Had to ask for more toilet paper, asked for towels and were told sorry we dont have any. We got 2 towels for 2 nights for 2 adults and they had no more clean. The lady informed us she would take our room number down and if we didnt get them by noon to come ask, but check out is at 11, so that makes 0 sense. Went to check out and had to wait for someone to check the room to get my secutity deposit back wnd the front desk lady too busy on the phone scheduling appointments for her kid and chatting about life. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend at all

DONT STAY SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN
Service was ok but the property was awful xou couldnt walk anywhere because of all the dog feces all over that property outside everwhere u step pn that property there was dog feces everywhere definitely an issue do not go there specially if u going with ur children u will step in dog feces its everywhere! The rooms were dirty and they leave u half rolls of toilet paper stains on bed sheets and covers! Mildew all over the showers definitely dont recommend this place specially if ur taking your family!!

Needs some TLC
The staff members were great, I’d give them 5 stars but the room was very run down, bathroom floor unswept with old paint stuck to floor and very old and run down. Outside door did not close properly, had to use my weight to pull hard to close. No coffee maker in room was a disappointment but coffee was available inside. I think with a little TLC it would be better.
