Order a double room for my daughter party was only able to check in one at 3 then my other room at 5 house keeping was slow and unreliable my guest was arriving and wasn’t able to accommodate them until my room was available lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t care about my problems

Very unclean, stains and floor hasn’t been vacuumed, dirt and hair in the sink and water bottles and milk bottles were still on the floor next to the beds. Old tissues were under the bedside table. The room was as very unclean we actually left after one night.

Room was clean and in good shape. Front desk staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. We were not told we need a voucher for the free breakfast and the attendant was a little rude about it, but took our room number and it didn’t come up again. The bar never had staff when I went.

Hotel was dirty and smelled gross. Bathroom and rooms were so nasty we left a night early. None of the ice machines were working. Only plus was the FD agent as he was helpful and the bar lady when we needed a hot water. Otherwise please invest in renovating your rooms and common spaces. Maybe bringing on more housekeepers during a slower ADR week and doing an extreme deep clean. It was disgusting.
