Property Details:
Private entry (front and side door) with smart locks so you can self check-in and out.

Living Room:
The living room has two cozy couches and two ottomans. We have a smart TV so you can cast whatever streaming service you would like by logging into your account. We supply extra throw blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Supply Closet:
The supply closet is right off the living room as you enter the main hallway. It contains all towels for bathroom and kitchen demands. We also fully stocked it with games (giant jenga, battleship, racko, chess, cards, etc) and coloring book + crayons for the kiddos! Additionally in this closet is where you will find the iron and steamer.

Kitchen:
The kitchen overlooks the living room so you can socialize while cooking. We offer a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove top & oven, microwave, sink and garbage disposal, fridge as well as dishwasher. Additionally we have a toaster, crock pot and coffee maker. We have everything you need to cook meals at home, including: pots, pans, dishware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, eating utensils, cooking utensils, storage containers, serving platters & bowls as well as some essentials like salt, pepper and olive oil. Please note we do not have a formal dinning room, but do have a peninsula with 2 stools as well as an outdoor eating space.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms, two are on the main floor and the third is a loft upstairs. Guest bedroom 1 is the primary loft, featuring a very comfortable queen bed and a private half bath. There is a TV with Chromecast to cast from your streaming apps, a desk for a dedicated workspace as you may need to work remotely and a dresser + closet for all of your belongings. Please note there is not a door closing off the stairway leading to the loft. Guest bedroom 2 features a full bed, a full body mirror to serve as an option for getting ready and a closet + shelves for your belongings. Guest bedroom 3 features a platform queen bed as well as a pack'n play/ portable travel crib in the closet. We do not supply crib sheets for safety reasons.

Bathrooms:
The full bathroom is on the main floor with a full tub and shower. We supply starter supplies for your stay: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner as well as extra supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste in case anything gets left behind. We supply body, face and hand towels as well. The half bathroom is in the primary loft on the second floor.

Backyard:
Our back porch includes a love seat as well as a dining table. String lights surround the porch for ample lighting and can be plugged in on the side of the house behind the AC unit. We also have a fire pit for your enjoyment of the outdoors.

Parking:
Our driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Some neighbors park on the streets, but we do not recommend doing so because you do risk a parking ticket.

Laundry:
Our basement is unfinished, but does have washer and dryer that can be used. Please note we do have Ring Cameras outside near our entries that record audio and motion. Please do not tamper with or disable our outdoor entry cameras. These are meant to keep our property safe and will result in removal from our property without refund.
