The room and hallway were not clean and clearly needed a new carpet. My room was not made up for the second day. Whoever designed the place didn't take into account the incredibly long walk from the elevators to the rooms in the 50s.

The property was in a area that could easily be missed. The staff was into their personal conversation with other guest that she was making mistakes. My room key was not activated so I had to go back downstairs and wait in a long line to get my key activated. The room floors were dirty and has just been some what Shampooed so they were still wet. We checked out at 7am and no one was the front desk to check us out. Never staying at an extended stay again. This is the second extended stay I’ve stayed at that was horrible.

Nice Christmas stay 2016

Cons: More frequent House keeping for long stays
Location: The palace, Great Lakes crossing mall, movie theaters, all types restaurants
Reserved 7 nights due to flight cancellation I got only 6 nights Staff was nice specially one lady that had a great smile to serve everybody with Literally I fall in love with her great smile and great attitude Rooms are clean and convenient and We could have manage through without house keeping for 6 nights however I'd think a house keeping every 3 nights could be more convenient and an opportunity for improving customer service. Quick access to high way and vital areas with shopping centers and malls Always liked the idea of having the kitchen and kitchenware. My kids always get excited when I cook for them in a motel room.
