I was convenient for driving to my event. Room was clean and quite comfortable. I did not use the pool or business center but both appeared clean and easily reached from anywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty expansive given the day of the week (Tues.) and relatively few guests

I didn’t like that my first room the door didn't lock. The first room also didn’t have a properly working air conditioner. The second room the thermostat on the wall didn’t work for the air conditioner but it could at least be controlled at the unit.

The lobby’s holiday decorations made it welcoming and cozy. Desk staff were friendly and always available to answer questions.

I only booked this place because the pictures show a hot tub in the pool area when we got there no hot tub very disappointed
